Creatbot DE Plus is a solid 3D printer, made of dual printheads, a closed printing camera, a printing bed with warmed glass and a Bowden-style extruder. The extruder has the motors positioned behind the printer, aspect that allows high speed 3D printing.

Characteristics

• Touch screen of 4.3 ″ user-friendly to operate, having the possibility to start printing by touching the screen 3 times.
• Impressive printing surface 400x300x520mm, more than 5 to 20 times larger than the printers on the market. with this printer you can safely print high dimensions models.
• The metallic case gives a very good stability, but also an extended period of use of the printer. The first models removed from the production line have been operating for more than 5 years and have more than 8000 working hours.
• Semi-closed enclosure, which gives it high thermal stability for materials such as ABS
• Filament sensor and resume: auto pause if filament runs out or break, resume from power failure. which detect the intrerruption of filament supply, in case of breakage or the end of the roll. This put the printing on pause until the filament is replaced without printing deteriorating
• The recovery system of the last position in case of power failure. The printer automatically stores the last position and the power supply will continue from that position
• High accuracy up to 0.05mm
• Print speed up to 120mm/s. It allows printing at very high speeds with a stable filament extrusion system without getting stuck.
• Very high printing temperature which can reach 350^oc, making possible the printing with most of the materials, where is added PEEK ( MEDICINE)

• Micro-crystal ( ceramic ) platform which ensure and suports high teperature up to 120^obeing distributed over the entire surface
• Dual extrudor makes possible printing in two color or with materials for supports,
• Possibility of extension to 3 extruders for an even more complex printing capacity with 3 different colors, or 2 colors and support material, without stopping printing
• Automatic shutdown after printing is completed, the printer shuts down on its own and can be left to work for a long time without worrying about shutting it down at the time of completion.
